Bio.
Kien Nguyen is a PhD. Student at Oregon State University (OSU), Corvallis,
Oregon, USA. He received his M.S degree in electrical and computer
engineering from National University of Singapore, Singapore in 2006, and
the B.S degree in electronics and telecommunications from Hanoi University
of Technologies, Vietnam in 2000. Before joining OSU, he was a lecturer
at Vietnam's Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology
(PTIT), Vietnam. He also worked for Vietnam's Posts and Telecommunications
Corporation (VNPT).
